Been learning this pretty version of Better Be Quiet Now by @bradmehldauofficial - I’m not a strong sight reader and normally play by ear but love this piece. This is another Michael Lucke transcription and he is superb and picking out the voicings that I can never hear just from the recording. Some of the chords are so sparse which Brad does so well and keeps just what you need with the chords voiced differently every time they return.

A rare public performance this Sunday!

As a youngster I tirelessly dreamed of being able to play it exactly as he did in a @officialronnies recording in the 90s. I still can’t and heard him play it so many inspired different ways since. Happy Birthday Monty!
