A rare public performance this Sunday!
I will be playing at the Noor Mahal in Abbots Langley covering for their usual piano player. Will be playing between 6pm-8pm.

As a youngster I tirelessly dreamed of being able to play it exactly as he did in a @officialronnies recording in the 90s. I still can’t and heard him play it so many inspired different ways since. Happy Birthday Monty!

I was 40 this week. And the first wedding since finds me tinkling between some big ol’ balloons.

So let’s call it - I am no longer a young gun for hire. But here are three advantages you get from booking me over a hot, virile young hipster…

1. I absolutely will not have been out the previous night, and rocking up to your wedding with a hangover. Trust me, those jim-jams will have been on 8pm latest the night before.

2. I’ll play tunes that your Mum and Dad like. And they’ve probably contributed to your day so keep them sweet, yeah?

3. I have been doing this for twenty years plus. And made my biggest mistakes during the early years - turning up to play for a ceremony, just at the wrong venue. Failing to learn a first dance request and a Bride crying as she realised we hadn’t prepped the tune. Playing outside in 33 degree heat with no shade and the slap head and schnoz turning an angry, blistery red. Having no deps in place should I be poorly…

The good news is I have learned from all of them.

Your tunes will be fully rehearsed, and delivered with a factor 50 sheen.
